A big day for Fungi Ally and Cooley Farm. Our days of running around for sawdust are over, for the next couple months. We got this delivery of 15 yards of hardwood sawdust to keep our operation growing. We have been busy felling trees, trouble shooting the grow room, and making spawn for this spring season! We hope to do plenty of outdoor inoculations this spring, and supply lots of folks with spawn to make there mushroom dreams come true!

We also started our first boil for Maple Syrup!! Substituting sugar maple sap for water gives us an extra boost to work for all these new found daylight hours! My favorite taste to remember spring is coming.
